Returns

We design for longevity and conscious choices. If your selection is not the right fit, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return.

Process and refunds

Please contact us at hi@aystudios.com to initiate the process. Once we receive your items, we will process the refund to the original payment card within 1 to 4 business days. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges for different styles or colors.

Sending your return

You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. If this deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the following working day applies.

- Include the original invoice and order number inside the package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Always obtain a tracking number when shipping your parcel.
- Packages refused upon delivery do not qualify as a valid return and may incur additional fees.

Outside EU

Clearly mark the outside of the box as a "Return Order" and include our company number: DK39110822.

Integrity and condition

To maintain the quality and form of our products, we ask that you handle them with care.  You are liable for any decrease in value if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. Upon arrival, we assess the condition of the materials and craftsmanship before finalizing your refund.

Please note that our physical retail partners cannot accept or process returns for online orders.
